Junction City police have reported the arrest of two people on Friday on I-70 at mile marker 292 about two miles west of the city.

They reported that Barbara Ann Blackmon, 39 and Zaki Ra’uf Musheen, 45, both of Colorado Springs, Colorado were arrested on suspicion of Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture, Plant/Cultivate Controlled Substance, No Drug Tax Stamp, and Possession of Marijuana, and there was also one count of an alleged Registration Violation for Blackmon.

The arrests occurred at 9:12 a.m. Friday.
