Ruth Esther Acker Buhrer, a resident of  Chapman, KS, passed away Friday, September 5, 2014 at Chapman Valley Manor at the age of 100.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. this coming Friday, September 12th at the Chapman United Methodist Church. Rev. Kenneth Trickle, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be at the Rinehart Cemetery, south of Chapman, KS.

The family will receive friends at the Chapman United Methodist Church this Friday morning beginning at 10 a.m. prior to the service.

Memorials may be given to the Chapman United Methodist Church or the Chapman Area Preservation Society sent in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, Box 429, Chapman, KS 67431.
