SFC (retired) Cecil E. Webb, 73, of Junction City, passed away on March 15, 2014 at Geary Community Hospital.  Cremation has taken place with the assistance of Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel.

Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel, 203 N. Washington Street and graveside services with full military honors will take place at 10 a.m., Friday, March 21,2014 at the Kansas Veterans’ Cemetery.
