There are three new members in the Flint Hills Regional Council.

Bill Clark, Executive Director for the Council, said Chase and Lyon Counties plus the City of Emporia have joined the Council. He also reported that the City of Dwight has dropped their membership this year. He indicated that decision was due to financial reasons.
