The 12th Annual Holiday Market and Pancake Feed fundraiser at Junction City Middle School has been scheduled for November 23rd.

The annual fundraiser is for the schools renaissance club, which is a club that

rewards students for coming to school and working hard, making good grades and showing good character throughout the year.

Mary Wright, JCMS Principal, said that one of the incentives offered to students in the program includes getting to choose where they get to sit during lunch,”If you’re a renaissance card holder at a gold level you get to sit anywhere in the team area every single day.”

Other incentives include free admission to athletic events and getting to attend assemblies throughout the year.

The holiday market will feature booths with vendors offering multiple different items from antiques to baked goods and wood crafts to embroidery.

The pancake feed will be held inside the schools cafeteria from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. with a cost of $4 per person. The holiday market will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the schools gym area.
